You can return items if they are damaged, faulty, if there was an error with your order, or if they are unwanted. Items must be unopened, with any seals and shrink wrap intact, and in their original packaging. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. 

If you no longer need an item, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to contact us about returning it. You then have an additional 14 days to send the item(s) back to us. 

For damaged or faulty items, you may be eligible for a refund up to 30 days after purchase. After 30 days and up to six months, you are entitled to a replacement rather than a refund. 

We may request photographic evidence to support claims for damaged, faulty, or missing items. Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned items. 

Please follow these steps to ensure your refund is processed efficiently: 

  1. Securely wrap the item in its original packaging along with all accompanying documentation. 
  2. Contact Customer Services at info@amaxa-prime.com who will provide you with a freepost return address if your return is eligible under our returns policy. Please note that if customers pay for postage themselves, this cannot be refunded, as we offer a freepost system where postage is not required. 
  3. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed. 

Please note that international orders are not eligible for free returns unless the items are faulty. 

Standard UK delivery is free on all products. The delivery cost, if any, will be displayed at checkout.
